4.Eligibility
- Individuals must be 18 years or older to become an HWCBD.
- HWCBD's must provide valid identification and address proof during registration.
- HWCBD's must agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the company.
5. Joining and Membership
- Interested individuals must complete the registration process and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Membership is subject to approval by the company.
- HWCBD's are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their personal information.
6. Product Sales and Distribution
- Products are sold directly to consumers as per Direct Selling Association guidelines.
- HWCBD's are responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products.
- HWCBD's must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading marketing practices.
7.Compensation and Earnings
- Earnings are based on the sales performance of the HWCBD and their team.
- Detailed compensation plans will be provided upon registration.
- HWCBD's must comply with all applicable tax regulations and are responsible for their own taxes.
8.Business Plan
- The business plan includes various levels of achievements and bonuses based on sales volumes.
- HWCBD's can earn bonuses after buying 30 BV products, with a minimum billing of 1000 rupees.
- The plan supports unlimited direct sponsors, and income is deposited into bank accounts every Thursday.
9. Code of Conduct
- HWCBD's must act ethically and professionally.
- Misrepresentation of the company or its products is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse is not tolerated.
10.Return and Refund Policy
- HWCBD's and consumers can return products within 3 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the company’s return policy guidelines.
11. Termination
- The company reserves the right to terminate an HWCBD’s membership for any breach of these terms and conditions.
- HWCBD's may voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice to the company.
12.Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and proprietary information related to the company are the intellectual property of HONESTY WEALTH CARE LLP.
- HWCBD's must not misuse or infringe upon the company’s intellectual property rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mutual discussion.

- HWCBD's will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
